Things for Kids
Things for Kids to Do at Champlain Valley Fair
Read & Win
Read & Win day at the fair offers young readers, from Kindergarten through grade 8, a chance to visit the fair, if they read at least three books during the summer. Kids who participate visit their local libraries and receive a ribbon for the books to read, which they can redeem to get a free pass to the fair on Kids’ Day. Participating students will receive a free book. The annual program is sponsored by the Champlain Valley Exposition, International Association of Fairs and Expositions, Strates Shows, and the Chittenden County Dairy Promotion.
