Old McDonald's Farm
The whole family will enjoy seeing chicks hatching, baby animals, miniature horses and more, all in the Modern Living Building. Plus, visit Patience the cow and try your hand at milking a cow, or come to the Dairy Center at 5:00pm to see the real thing.
The AG Mound
Have a question about your favorite farm animal or what life on a farm is really like? Come learn more about all the animals of the fair at the Cabot Ag Mound. Cows, horses, oxen, pigs and life on the farm are all described in detail daily at 11:00am, 2:00pm and 6:30pm.
Show Horse Centre
The Show Horse Centre is the place to learn about horses and see various breeds up close. The horses change frequently and you are likely to see everything from draft horses to racers. Staffed by avid equestrian fans, there is always someone to answer your questions.
The Sheep Tent
Dozens of sheep, all different varieties for you to see. Wool breeds, meat breeds, ram, ewe, and lamb are all on display.
Horse Shows and Pulling Events
English, Western, Draft and more all compete for top honors. Come see the competitions up close. The shows happen on the northern end of the grounds near the horse barns. Use the walkway from the Red Gate to get there.
Agriculture Exhibit Area
Check out the poultry, rabbits, and horses in the Ag Exhibits Area.
